About the company

Kapse Consults Uganda Limited

Gender inclusion and community ownership

Women’s participation is central to sustainable project delivery.

Our engagements are designed to listen to communities directly and to bring women’s voices into planning, implementation and local ownership. This matters for water systems, irrigation support, livelihoods programming, and community-based infrastructure because durable outcomes depend on the people who use and sustain them.

  • Community consultations that actively include women and households.
  • Field engagement designed to understand local needs before implementation.
  • Infrastructure and development work grounded in social acceptance and trust.
